Air-fryer Cinnamon Gnocchi Doughnuts
Give gnocchi the dessert treatment and get everything you want in a bite-sized treat.
Ingredients
500g potato gnocchi
40g unsalted butter, melted
3 tsp Woolworths ground cinnamon
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup thick chocolate sauce
How to:
Place gnocchi in a large bowl. Add butter and toss to coat. Add cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar and toss to evenly coat.
Line a 5L air-fryer basket with baking paper. Cook gnocchi, in 2 batches, at 200°C for 8 minutes or until golden-brown. Transfer to a bowl. Add remaining sugar and toss to coat.
Serve gnocchi doughnuts with chocolate sauce.
