Bill Parasiris Executive Director Estate and Commercial, Office of Director, Office of Estate & Commercial, Western Sydney University said the external commercially operated facility, Caddens Corner will be a sustainable, 5-Star Green Star - Design & As Built- neighbourhood shopping destination.
"Caddens Corner will feature buildings with water recycling, natural ventilation and solar power. It is designed to meet the needs of the growing community in Sydney’s west."
Western Sydney University has appointed Kaipara Property Group as the development managers for Caddens Corner.
David Hopper, Director Kaipara, said Caddens Corner features the latest evolution in neighbourhood shopping centres.
"Customers will have the everyday shopping conveniences such as a supermarket, bakery, butcher, chemist, and hairdresser; as well as experience a number of fresh food offerings; a food and dining precinct; a childcare centre and a comprehensive list of wellness services."

"The architectural design of Caddens Corner is respectful of the site’s past and complements the surrounding urban environment. There will be connectivity with neighbouring areas including to residents in Caddens, as well as businesses, educational institutions and health services in the local area," said Mr Hopper.
Construction on Caddens Corner will commence in the first half of 2019 and be completed and open for business in mid-2020.
