Baileys Sparkler Hot Chocolate

Now, this is a real winter treat! Baileys is the perfect liquor to mix with coffee or hot chocolate, and this hot winter alcoholic drink takes it up a notch. Add some extra sparkle, invite friends around, and wow them with this easy, really impressive Baileys Sparkler Hot Chocolate.

INGREDIENTS (Serves 4-6)

ALLERGIES (Dairy)

• 400 g pack dark cooking chocolate

• 800 ml whole milk

• 1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp whole milk

• 200 ml Baileys

• Whipped Cream

• Marshmallow Squares (see recipe)

• Small indoor sparklers

DIRECTIONS

1. Put half the chocolate in a saucepan with the milk and cornflour

2. Gently heat, whisking until the chocolate is melted, smooth and thickened

3. Add the remaining chocolate and Baileys

4. Whisk until smooth off the heat

5. Divide between thick glasses

6. Top with whipped cream and a toasted marshmallow square

7. Serve immediately
